COMING UP AT CAFE 704!

September 14/Tumbao Bravo

Winner of 3 Detroit Music Awards, bandleader  Paul VornHagen will bring a 4 piece version of this exciting combo to Cafe 704 performing the authentic rhythms of Cuba with the harmonics of jazz.  A program of mostly original compositions that appear on their award winning recordings as well as songs by Mongo Santamaria.  Paul on sax/flute/latin percussion/vocals, Olman Piedra on congas/timbales,  Gary Schunk on piano and Pat Prouty on bass.  Mambo, cha cha cha,  rumba and bolero.  Danceable and musically rewarding .  Go to www.tumbaobravo.com  for more info.
